The property, built by the Werner H. Spross Foundation, is characterised by the loving design of the outdoor facilities and the generously designed balconies and roof terraces. The two SSWZ buildings comprise 18 flats with a total of 179 rooms. This is the SSWZ location with the largest number of rooms per residential unit. The 10-unit shared flats are largely self-constituting. Exchange students from abroad were periodically integrated into the shared flats.
