Located in the middle of the quiet university quarter in district 6, the student property at Culmanstrasse 26 was built in 1907 and extensively renovated in 2011. Hardly visible from the outside, the building houses around 60 students. On the ground floor of the property is a commercial space that was rented out externally as an office. The floors are characterised by large shared flats and the large communal kitchen on the ground floor creates a sense of community. The generously designed roof terrace also has a fantastic view over the city of Zurich.
