Originally built by the architect Lux Guyer as a dormitory for female students and teachers, the property has been part of the SSWZ portfolio since 1998. Lux Guyer was the best-known Swiss architect of the early 20th century. The rooms of the property are unique in terms of visual axes, lighting and accessibility. Both the house and the garden were accordingly classified as worthy of protection. Not only the original purpose of use, but also the room layouts and the garden, which has been inventoried by the monument preservation authorities, have been largely retained in their original form. Thanks to careful management of all parts of the building, great attention is always paid to this property, which is very popular with students.
